First task for Slovenia Open was finished and finely I’m back in game. I managed to get as second in to goal.
We spend hole day in the take off waiting wind is going down. In my opinion it was still too strong to fly an task but we managed to do it. It was quick flying with many pilots in goal.

Unfortunately today it wasn’t possible to fly fair task so it was cancelled.

W niedzielę rozegrała się pierwsza konkurencja mistrzostw Słowenii. Nareszcie wracam do formy i udało mi się dolecieć do mety na 2 pozycji.
Zanim jednak wzbiliśmy się w powietrze przesiedzieliśmy prawie cały dzień na startowisku, w nadzieji że wiatr osłabnie. Niestety nie zbyt osłabł, a mimo wszystko polecieliśmy. Na początku wydawało mi się, że bedzie truno oblecieć całą trasę, na mecie stawiła sie jednak ponad połowa zawodników.

Dzisiejszy task był odwołany ze względu na trudne warunki na starcie.

Hello everybody. Sorry I wasn’t writing for such a long time. It was difficult to get to internet up here and it was quite exhausting event. Unfortunately I havn’t done very well. I think after my rescue in Spain it will take some hours in the air before I will fly with full power again.
In first task I landed at first turn point and it was difficult to work out this lost task.
World Cup in Cornizollo was lucky with weather. We got 6 very interesting tasks. According to World Cup rules if there was 6 task flown event is finished so now is Friday evening and we have price giving ceremony.
The winners flu great in this event Anja Korll and Christian Maurer. My team has done very well and we took 3rd place.
I will not boring you with my sad talking so just look at some of my pictures.

Witajcie! Dawno nie pisałam, gdyż dostęp do netu był tu dość utrudniony, a poza tym oblecenie konkurencji zajmowało sporo czasu. W tym skwarze po ponad 4 godzinach lotu jest się naprawdę wykończonym.
Niestety ta edycja pucharu nie była dla mnie udana. W pierwszym tasku spłukało mnie na pierwszym punkcie zwrotnym do długiej doliny porośniętej drzewami i bez najmniejszego skrawka miejsca nadąjacego sie do lądowania. Miałam jednak szczęście i uniknęłam lądowania w drzewach. Niestety strata w punktach była tak ogromna, że trudno było to nadrobić.
Abstrachując od mojego wyniku zawody były niesamowite. Zafundowano nam niesamowicie urozmaicone latanie. Pogoda pozwoliła na rozegranie 6 konkurencji w ciągu 6 kolejnych dni i zgodnie z regulaminem PWC już w piątek było rozdanie nagród.
Wygrała świetnie latająca w tych zawodach Anja Kroll i jak zawsze niezawodny Christian Maurer. Mój team, Gin Factory Team zajął 3 miejsce.

The latest news: is I got Woman Polish Open Distance record. I made this record flight during Manilla XC this year. I managed to fly 160 km. For this flight I got Gold and Diamond Eagle.

My goal for this season is to bet Out-and-return distance woman record. I hope there will be good enough weather for it.

Since I came back from Italy it wasn’t flyable where I live. The next problem is that I need to drive for 120 km from Warsaw to the next flying site. It wasn’t like that before. My home airport was Chrcynno near to Nasielsk north of Polish capital, which is just 15 km airline from my grandmother’s summerhouse. It was very practical. I use to stand up in the morning, was looking in the sky and I knew if I should do myself on the way to fly or not. Many people from Warsaw where coming there for the weekend so it was quite big family with barbeque at evenings, if there wasn’t excellent xc wetter. Now airspace for planes is increasing and there was a plan to create new airport for budget flights. CTR was created and we are not aloud to use our airport any longer. So as I already said we need to go further if we want to fly.

Flying in Australia made me missing flatland flying. It’s nice if one do not think about lee sides, valley wind systems and so on. Just take off and go so far as you want. There is usually no problem with landing too. I would like to show you some pictures I made years ago (so sorry for quality) of my 3 favorite places to fly in the flats.

This airport is on the side of Bory Tucholskie forest. So in some directions you have only forest for many km. I was lucky and I had never flown in to that directions. On another side of the airport you have a lake so if it’s not flyable we use to go sail or swim. By the way: this is the place where Kacper Kowalski made his 220 km internationally discussed flight 3 years ago.

Ones I spend one summer in Kowary and we use to go to soar on the coast in Rewal. Unfortunately wind is not always good to fly there but I was lucky and spend some nice soaring days up there.
