Today finely we got chance to have a task. We went to the take off. As always, when here are good conditions to fly, in the morning was north (back) wind. Normally after some wail sun hit south side of the mountain and wind is coming from south. Unfortunately today it wasn’t this case. Big clouds where covering sky every 15-20 min and wind was blowing again from back. When sun was there again, dusts where going thou the take off area. Many gliders where picked from the ground and made spectacular turns in the air. Than met director announced that military is making some flights in our area so we couldn’t take off. Finely negotiation finished on the point that we got permission to fly from 15-20 o’clock. Window was open for 53 km task and hole the time the seam story. Wind from front, dust devils, shadow, back wind and again and again. With first group went fist rescue. Pilot landed safe. After one Russian girl hit dust devil some meters above the ground and crashed in to the hill. Luckily with her back protector. He was in shock but nothing happened.
Finely I decided to take of at 17 o’clock. It was nice and smooth to fly till big Cb cloud didn’t cover the valley and didn’t start to rain from it. I managed to make first and get for 5 km in front of 2 turn point. When I got back to HQ I was tolled that task was canceled. Good for me cause it wasn’t the best flight of the day.

Dzisiaj nareszcie mamy szanse na konkurencje. Wyjeżdżamy na start i zastajemy wiatr z północy. Przy takim wietrze jest tu najlepsze latanie. Problem jednak w tym, ze zazwyczaj słonce nagrzewa południowe zbocza i zaczyna wiać lokalne południe. Dziś niestety chmury zasłoniły niebo i wiało z małymi przerwami w plecy. Gdy wychodziło słońce po chwili pojawiały się dust debile. Po pewnym czasie pojawiła się informacja, że mamy zakaz lotów od Wojsa gdyż właśnie trenują nad nami. Udało się wynegocjować, że okno do 53 km konkurencji zostanie otwarte o 15. Ze względu na przychodzące wciąż duże chmury zasłaniające niebo, oraz dusty w chwilach słońca start był co i rusz zamykany.
Ja zdecydowałam się startować dopiero o 17, Kidy warunki się trochę ustabilizowały. Niestety w tym samym czasie obok startu wyrósł wielki congestus, który zaczął mnie martwić. Odczekałam jednak aż zostanie zepchnięty z wiatrem i dopiero po tym poleciałam na trasie. Było bardzo trudno utrzymać się w powietrzu. Po drodze znalazłam tylko jedno małe noszenie, a później nic. W końcu wylądowałam na 5 km od 2 punktu zwrotnego. Kiedy przyjechałam do biura zawodów okazało się, że konkurencja została anulowana.
